Narrative:

Aircraft X is currently in our hangar under wo #xxxxxx. The wheel wells are not clean but have been signed off. Squawk has been signed off with an accompanying meter sent to [company] to comply with the corrosion preventative program. Our personnel have neither the training nor equipment to do this job; but it is being signed off anyway. Mop; buckets; cold water; dishwashing detergent; large brushes; rags and scotch brite pads are not getting the job done. The areas most difficult to clean are where the likely hood of corrosion is highest; rows of fasteners; seams; corners and clusters of hydraulic tubes. I have entered a discrepancy in the work order to fix this as I have in the past; please fix.
