Number 1 jump seat pivot bolt nearly detached from receiver. This is the 3rd or 4th report on this specific issue; in as many months. If this bolt detaches; one side of the jump seat is no longer attached/secured to the wall. Maintenance repaired issue; reinserted bolt into wall receiver. Why is this still happening?
