Narrative:
We received the close out; pushed back and departed ZZZ. Inflight; we received a message from dispatch saying ZZZ operations had contacted them to make sure we were aware we had dry ice on board. I looked at the close out and realized I did not receive the auto [dangerous goods form]..I got complacent and looked over the close out but missed that the close out included spcl dry ice; RA/haz. I must be more intentional in paying attention to each and every line on the close out.
