Narrative:
Started the zplyn arrival into denver at a lower altitude than typical (FL260). A lead aircraft 8 to 10 miles ahead descended in front of us. Winds aloft were light and on the nose. Air was smooth. We encountered the wake of this aircraft with maybe a 10 degree momentary left wing down roll. After the encounter; I asked the flight attendants if they were ok. They reported that they were fine.
