Narrative:

I monitored 123 and upon arrival at 1600' announced I was entering downwind for 24 on a 45 and further announced I was #2 in the pattern at tanner hiller. I waited for a plane to land and clear before turning base and announced base coming into this unique airport. I touched down and started to roll out, all 3 wheels were on the ground. I was on the hard surface, a wing tip suddenly stuck out from the grassy area. I couldn't feel any impact. I taxied to the first taxiway parked and looked at my wing it had a scrape on top of the skin no break and no damage to my wing tip. This survey took millisecs, I looked for the plane it wasn't there it had moved and was in front of a hangar near a taxiway. Pilot said that his plane had damage and went to the runway picking up his wing landing light cover. I asked pilot if he had been too close to the runway, he said maybe but I had hit his plane. I was on the hard surface runway 24 when this brush occurred. My small aircraft aircraft has a wing span close to 36'. Runway 24 is 40' wide. Other pilots plane was facing landing aircraft and he would have had to be in it in order to be at tanner hiller manor before me. I couldn't see any real damage I grasped my wing pulled tugged twisted and did a thorough preflight. Other aircraft only had a landing light cover broken.
