Narrative:

I was working east departure when aircraft X called and said he had not been able to contact ZJX. I asked aircraft X his position and altitude and ascertained he was in another controller's airspace (satellite north). I instructed the aircraft to contact approach on the appropriate frequency. It was later determined aircraft X was well within orl airspace west/O a handoff from ZJX (approximately 20 NM).
