Narrative:
On takeoff at about 500 feet AGL; we had severe engine shutter. Cht (cylinder head temperature) #2 & #3 redlined. I immediately took flight controls and queried ATC for a precautionary landing. Tower gave me runway xxr and I landed the aircraft. On the ground the cht temps went back into the yellow. I began to taxi back to the ramp. When I was about to cross runway xy/xz; both went back to red. I asked ATC to taxi to the southeast ramp and shut down the engine. When I entered taxiway uniform; cht #3 went blank. I proceeded to shut down the aircraft. Contacted dispatch and towed aircraft back without incident.
