Narrative:

I was headed west, direct prc to kingman. The other high wing aircraft suddenly appeared in the lower left corner of the windshield. It was an small aircraft X, practicing stalls, also headed west. I could clearly see the 2 sunroof windows, aircraft color, etc. Comparing air sight with a ground sight later, I would estimate horizontal distance between 300-500'. To me it was an ideal setup for a midair. The small aircraft X was below and hidden from my view until it was nearly at my altitude, above the cowling. This is a known practice area. Sorry for waiting so long to report. One of the local flight instructors encouraged this report.
