Narrative:

When informing the captain of the racial verbal abuse from the passenger the captain dismissed it and allowed the passenger to remain on board after I stressed my fears and concerns and advised me that [I] could take another flight if I like after bullying me to accept the passenger apologies and continuing on with the flight. Yes I felt fear like I never felt in my life and I ran for my life to the captain for help because that's what I was told to do by my company and the captain created a greater fear so I left the aircraft. Passengers need to be held accountable period. And know that you can't display acts of racism; violence or any disorderly conduct towards the flight crew. Pilots should be held at same standards of ethics as all other crew members and not be held superior and without prejudice.
