Narrative:

This is the 3rd time I have been presented with cargo containing lithium batteries out of ZZZZ. The load manifest states that the items are 'accepted' yet when I have inquired with both load planning and dg hotline; no one can tell me what we're carrying. There is no guidance in the fom other that a discussion about what lithium batteries may not be carried in the cargo hold. Until there is some sort of guidance I will continue to refuse this cargo.
