Narrative:

On the descent into ZZZ aircraft started to dutch roll slightly. Autopilot was disconnected and rudder pressure was applied to each side; one at a time. The right rudder required approximately 2 times the pressure than the left to move the rudder. Captain elected to take over the pilot flying duties. An uneventful landing was performed at ZZZ. Maintenance write up was accomplished on the ground.
