Narrative:

On taxi out received a 'tire press' EICAS alert. This occurred approximately 5 minutes after pushback. We were on [a] taxiway. The captain stopped the aircraft and we ran the checklist and observed approximately 78psi on tire 7. Pressure continued to decrease to approximately 2psi. We notified ground control and returned to parking on ramp. All preflight indications were normal including visual inspection. Aircraft was taxied on centerline entire time. No FOD was noticed on taxiway. Crew did not feel anything unusual while taxiing. Probable FOD. Tire appeared to be cut. [I suggest] proper FOD sweep on taxiways/ramp.
