Narrative:

I was on a test flight with an avionics specialist in right seat. On landing I was cleared down one taxiway and to hold short another cross taxiway. As I turned off the emergency fuel pump, the new LORAN reset. This led to a few tests of the fuel pump and LORAN while taxi continued across the hold short taxiway. Ground advised of error. Incursion due to: 1) unusual clearance--I am at this airport frequently, but have not been held at this point. 2) distraction caused by LORAN failure on test flight to check this INS.

Title: PLT OF SMA TAXIING FAILED TO HOLD SHORT OF TXWY AS CLEARED.

Narrative: I WAS ON A TEST FLT WITH AN AVIONICS SPECIALIST IN RIGHT SEAT. ON LNDG I WAS CLRED DOWN ONE TXWY AND TO HOLD SHORT ANOTHER CROSS TXWY.
