Narrative:

After parking at clark AFB, marshaller gave chocks in signal with lighted wands. I released the brakes and started doing the parking checklist with the other 2 crew members. At some point I glanced out the window and saw that the aircraft was rolling forward. 2 ground men running toward the aircraft with their direction wands crossed (stop) stopped the aircraft and reset the parking brake. The aircraft rolled about 50' forward before was stopped. New procedure just adopted by company is that brakes are not to be released until verbal confirmation of chocks installed received on intercom from ground man.
