Narrative:

Aircraft turned short (close crosswind) after departure runway 29. Small aircraft X saw him and slowed immediately. He was in climbing turn just leveling and steepened up as he saw us. We had been told to extend to 30 mi. Next time around turning 3 mi crosswind, aircraft going in opp direction at same altitude about 1/2 mi on second tower frequency we found later. After returning to airport small aircraft X was on left base, rolled out on final. Small aircraft Y crossed in front of us about 1/4 mi, right to left for runway 29. He was on a right base but didn't turn in. Tower told us to do right 360 degree turn and follow him. We were too tight, so we went around. We were not told about him. Chaos in traffic pattern I believed caused all the problems. During first incident an small aircraft cut off another small aircraft in the traffic pattern. Also tower, during last incident, advised there was a disoriented aircraft in area. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter stated the tower controller's had a controller behavior/unprofessional attitude. Reporter was advised to contact facility manager about problem. Reporter said she had contacted facility manager and he had been rude and unprofessional. Reporter stated she was not going to pursue the matter with the FAA because they were out to get her. She also stated the tower was showing priority to a large flight school. This analyst feels the reporter is unreasonable when contacting the tower and has gained a reputation at the facility. The reporter said she taped all conversations between her and the FAA.

Title: LCL CTLR FAILED TO ISSUE SMA Y AS TRAFFIC IN THE TRAFFIC PATTERN. OPERATIONAL DEVIATION. UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF ATCT PERSONNEL.

Narrative: ACFT TURNED SHORT (CLOSE XWIND) AFTER DEP RWY 29. SMA X SAW HIM AND SLOWED IMMEDIATELY. HE WAS IN CLBING TURN JUST LEVELING AND STEEPENED UP AS HE SAW US. WE HAD BEEN TOLD TO EXTEND TO 30 MI. NEXT TIME AROUND TURNING 3 MI XWIND, ACFT GOING IN OPP DIRECTION AT SAME ALT ABOUT 1/2 MI ON SECOND TWR FREQ WE FOUND LATER. AFTER RETURNING TO ARPT SMA X WAS ON LEFT BASE, ROLLED OUT ON FINAL. SMA Y CROSSED IN FRONT OF US ABOUT 1/4 MI, RIGHT TO LEFT FOR RWY 29. HE WAS ON A RIGHT BASE BUT DIDN'T TURN IN. TWR TOLD US TO DO RIGHT 360 DEG TURN AND FOLLOW HIM. WE WERE TOO TIGHT, SO WE WENT AROUND. WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT HIM. CHAOS IN TFC PATTERN I BELIEVED CAUSED ALL THE PROBS. DURING FIRST INCIDENT AN SMA CUT OFF ANOTHER SMA IN THE TFC PATTERN. ALSO TWR, DURING LAST INCIDENT, ADVISED THERE WAS A DISORIENTED ACFT IN AREA. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: RPTR STATED THE TWR CTLR'S HAD A CTLR BEHAVIOR/UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. RPTR WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT FAC MGR ABOUT PROB. RPTR SAID SHE HAD CONTACTED FAC MGR AND HE HAD BEEN RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. RPTR STATED SHE WAS NOT GOING TO PURSUE THE MATTER WITH THE FAA BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT TO GET HER. SHE ALSO STATED THE TWR WAS SHOWING PRIORITY TO A LARGE FLT SCHOOL. THIS ANALYST FEELS THE RPTR IS UNREASONABLE WHEN CONTACTING THE TWR AND HAS GAINED A REPUTATION AT THE FAC. THE RPTR SAID SHE TAPED ALL CONVERSATIONS BTWN HER AND THE FAA.
