After takeoff; turning right on course climbing through 3000 ft; red warning 'bleed 1 leak'. QRH performed; no more red indication; new configuration bleed 1 off. Crossbleed closed and pack 2 off (MEL). No pressurization; so we decided to return to [departure airport].identified via red master warning and red indication in the bleed. QRH procedure completed.
