Narrative:

A few mins prior to departure the cha ground handler briefed the captain on the power-back procedures to be used. A normal power back maneuver was accomplished with an approximately 90 degree turn to the right (tail right). As we commenced our normal taxi the ground controller advised us that a small aircraft had been blown over, possibly due to our jet blast. Normal to below normal power was used throughout the power-back due to the light gross weight of the aircraft (126600#).
