Narrative:
This was a reposition flight from ZZZ to ZZZ1. Took off out of ZZZ on runway 5. It was a clear day. Climbing through 400 feet we got a cas message saying bleed 1 over pressure; bleed 2 over pressure. While I continued to fly the airplane; the captain (ca) ran the QRH which was unsuccessful in resetting the packs and we immediately notified ATC that we needed to return to the airport. Since it was a clear day with no traffic in the area; we did not declare an emergency. ATC cleared us for the visual to runway 5 and we landed. After landing; I did a post flight to check if there was any damage to the aircraft but everything looked fine. While I was doing this the ca called maintenance and dispatch to notify them of what happened.
