Narrative:

An small aircraft Y departed immediately after us. After takeoff tower called the traffic. We reported him in sight. Tower said to maintain visibility sep, fly heading 160 degrees. The captain, mr. A, immediately turned to 160 degrees, a direct collision course. He had to increase the rate of climb to miss small aircraft Y. We passed overhead by no more than 200', possibly as little as 100'. I can't be sure because I lost sight of small aircraft Y under the nose. En route to M40 ZME said to cross 30 mi west of M40 at 7000'. We were at 19000'. We had plenty of time but when the RNAV said 30 mi we were at 7450'. 3 days later, on descent into little rock, the captain, mr. A, descended into the arsa indicating 240 KTS. Then during final approach he extended the landing gear and approach flaps as per his standard procedure--15 KTS above maximum. This pilot knows little or nothing about regulations, and doesn't care. This makes him one of the most dangerous pilots I have ever had to ride with. He needs some intensive training in many areas. However, I cannot complain, or report him to the FAA because of his personal friendship with the aircraft owner. The owner has been told several times, by various pilots, how dangerous this man is, but he apparently refuses to believe anyone except, of course, mr. A.
