Narrative:

Opened VFR flight plan with nassau radio after departure from rock sound (myer) en route to myef, moss town (exama international), no operating navaids. Attempted to close flight plan with nassau radio and heard them loud and clear. We tried for over 10 mins, but they would not acknowledge us. Landed moss town, advised advisory tower unable to get response from nassau. They (moss town) advised they would take care of it. Upon return to states ZMA called (me in customs) to advise that nassau wanted to file against me for failure to close flight plan in moss town. Is it better to ignore 121 requirements and not file?
