Narrative:

We were right downwind at the departure end of runway when a cessna passed under us about 100 feet lower on a right crosswind departure. While we had overhead inbound traffic behind us (stationair 206) heard a takeoff clearance for the cessna. There was no warning of the crosswind traffic. We did expect it and saw it soon enough to clear. The cessna made a transmission that a tail dragger just flew right over them. Subsequently the tower warned them of the stationair and the stationair of them.
