Narrative:

As my student was approaching to land the wind had shifted 90 degrees to the right of us. As I saw that the student could not maintain control of the aircraft; I took the controls and tried to go-around. Even though I could hear the engine at its full power; the aircraft did not climb. At that time the aircraft was pushed to the left of the runway and kept descending. As I determined that the aircraft could not initiate a positive rate of climb; I decided to try and land it on the grass.
