Narrative:

Commuter flight ord-lan-fnt. Lan forecasted WX at our ETA was calling for cox 1/4F ocnl-X 1 scattered 1F. Sequence report stated -X16 scattered M44 overcast 1F. Temperature and dewpoint both 60 degrees F, wind 130 degrees at 04 KTS. Surrounding airports current WX: azo X3X 1/16F, fnt -X 200 scattered 1/16F, dtw W3 1/4F. The dispatcher for flight agreed with my request to wait 15 mins for an updated WX report. (Lan forecast was below company landing minimums.) the dispatch supervisor refused to delay the flight, stating that lan WX would be above landing minimums by the time we arrived. When I refused to go west/O waiting for updated WX information. I was replaced as captain on the flight. Dispatch supervisor informed me the delay would be charged to my refusal to fly west/O waiting for updated WX.
