Narrative:

Atx X VFR inbound tokahului airport reported opana point (approximately 10 NM northeast ogg) inbound for landing. I issued atx X a beacon code and arrival information but I observed a limited data block at pauwela lighthouse (approximately 6 NM northeast ogg) and not at opana point. At the same time several acfts called inbound for landing northwest of the airport. They were all approximately the same distance from the airport. My attention was taken away from atx X (inbound from the east) to sequence the 3 aircraft inbound from the northwest. The next instant maui tower called me inquiring about an aircraft 1 mi inside their airspace. I advised it was atx X, which never acquired in my airspace. Tower acknowledged the aircraft, then reported the incident.
