Narrative:

I was the pilot flying on the ILS approach in sequence behind a B767. At 500 feet AGL; I disconnected the autopilot and the autothrottles at 200 feet. At less than 50 feet we encountered turbulence (possible wake turbulence due to the preceding traffic and calm winds); which made me drift a bit to the right of the centerline and sink. Captain called out the deviations while I initiated corrective actions. Captain took over controls on the rollout in order to secure the maneuver.
