Narrative:
During descent; approximately one hour into flight passing through FL340; received level 2 caution 'fuel qty/used check'. Followed QRH; determined possible fuel leak. Kept flying/monitoring duties: first officer flew; captain coordinated with ATC/crash crew and ran checklists/QRH. Asked for priority handling. Alerted tower that fuel leak source appeared to be engine 3. Uneventful landing and shut down on runway; crash crew confirmed fuel leaking from engine 3. Secured fuel shutoff valve; leak reduced to a trickle. Runway was foamed and aircraft was towed to gate.
