Narrative:

While working ground control at eyw tower I noticed an fgt on what appeared to be a wide left base to runway 7 at nqx this was not coordinated. At the same time an IFR small transport was on a left crosswind departure (360 degree heading) off runway 9 at eyw. The local control at eyw pointed out the fgt to small transport and the small transport pilot reported seeing the traffic. He did not appear to take any evasive action. The fgt on the other hand appeared to do an evasive maneuver. He turned sharply and climbed, causing a go around at nqx. They passed each other at the same altitude, but it's almost impossible to say how far they passed vertical, due to the angle I witness this incident that's why I'm not sure if it was a near miss. The atm through the first line supervisor has told me not to log these happenings in the daily log more.

Title: MIL ACFT TOOK EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID A CIVILIAN ACFT THAT WAS CLIMBING TO ASSIGNED IFR ALT.

Narrative: WHILE WORKING GND CTL AT EYW TWR I NOTICED AN FGT ON WHAT APPEARED TO BE A WIDE LEFT BASE TO RWY 7 AT NQX THIS WAS NOT COORDINATED. AT THE SAME TIME AN IFR SMT WAS ON A LEFT XWIND DEP (360 DEG HDG) OFF RWY 9 AT EYW. THE LCL CTL AT EYW POINTED OUT THE FGT TO SMT AND THE SMT PLT RPTED SEEING THE TFC. HE DID NOT APPEAR TO TAKE ANY EVASIVE ACTION. THE FGT ON THE OTHER HAND APPEARED TO DO AN EVASIVE MANEUVER. HE TURNED SHARPLY AND CLBED, CAUSING A GAR AT NQX. THEY PASSED EACH OTHER AT THE SAME ALT, BUT IT'S ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY HOW FAR THEY PASSED VERT, DUE TO THE ANGLE I WITNESS THIS INCIDENT THAT'S WHY I'M NOT SURE IF IT WAS A NEAR MISS. THE ATM THROUGH THE FIRST LINE SUPVR HAS TOLD ME NOT TO LOG THESE HAPPENINGS IN THE DAILY LOG MORE.
