Narrative:
During cruise flight I began to eat my crew meal. I bit into something hard from my salad. When I spit it out I was shocked to find that it was a piece of broken glass. I checked the salad and found another small piece. I informed the purser of the event. I took pictures of the glass; tray; and other identifying items.
