Narrative:
We were at 4000 feet downwind runway 16R; a small aircraft; traveling east to west; passed underneath at 400 feet below us. We received a TA followed by an RA to climb. We climbed to 4200 feet and then returned back to 4000 feet. A beautiful VMC day for flying.
