Narrative:
During takeoff on runway 04 and near V1 speed; aircraft Y made a runway incursion from the cargo ramp south of midfield. Captain assumed control; selected toga; and rotated ahead and over aircraft Y. I assumed pm duties and we continued on without further incident.review of ATC communications with aircraft Y; and follow up afterwards on how runway incursion error chain occurred.

Title: A319 First Officer reported an aircraft taxied onto the runway ahead of them during their takeoff roll.
Narrative: During takeoff on Runway 04 and near V1 speed; Aircraft Y made a runway incursion from the cargo ramp south of midfield. Captain assumed control; selected TOGA; and rotated ahead and over Aircraft Y. I assumed PM duties and we continued on without further incident.Review of ATC communications with Aircraft Y; and follow up afterwards on how runway incursion error chain occurred.
