Narrative:
In preparing for my first [line operation experience] on the B787 I realized that the current 787 flight manual does not contain any procedure for a blocked static system. All the other boeing and airbus flight manuals I have flown contain specific non-normal procedures for unreliable airspeed/altitude indications resulting from a blocked/frozen static system. I personally [have] had to deal with a frozen B737 static system on a departure [in my career]. The loss of all three sets of pitot/static instruments and autoflight; autopilot and autothrottle functions as a result of the frozen static system was very challenging and without a specific procedure to help the crew deal with the multiple failures could very easily result in a hull-loss.
