Narrative:

Captain and I prepared to leave. He did the required briefings and we accomplished the checklists. On the takeoff; I called '80' at 80 knots and shortly after I observed a master caution light and 'air cond' illuminated on the systems annunciator light panel. I looked up and saw the 'auto fail and altn' lights illuminated on the pressurization control panel. I called it out to the captain and he decided to reject the takeoff. I noticed that the speed brake handle did not come back right away but as I called speed brake; the handle started coming back. As the plane came to a slow taxi speed. I informed the tower of the aborted takeoff and that we did not need assistance at that time. The tower controller asked the reason for the abort; and I told him it was due to a pressurization problem. When the captain wrote up the item; maintenance MEL'd one auto controller and inspected the plane because of the rejected takeoff. The plane was cleared by maintenance; we did the checklists; and departed. The captain elected to reject the takeoff for an amber light after 80 knots; which is not what was briefed. He later told me that since we were light he felt it was not as critical at that point.

Title: B737-800 flight crew reported that they rejected the takeoff after 80 knots for an amber pressurization system warning.
