Narrative:

I took off with 6;700 lbs of fuel in both main tanks and 12;500 in the center tank. The limits that if more than 1;000 lbs of fuel in center tank then both main tanks must be full. I landed with 6;700 lbs in both main tanks and 2;300 in the center tank. I notified maintenance and made a log book entry. I also spoke with my chief pilots. The event occurred because I had the proper total amount of fuel on board and somehow got distracted as to the proper fuel configuration.
