Narrative:

This is only a note to report several irregularities associated with the charlotte, nc, hornet one departure (SID) (10-3A in route manual). No incident or conflict occurred, although the potential was there. Note, a 250 KT until advised restriction was added; almost west/O notice, in small print. There are several similar sounding names (or gates) ex: localizer-north/localizer-south, gaf-south, sandy/stann, these are rarely spelled out. Several gates disagree with the respective intersection(?) on the low altitude 29/30 chart. Ex: moped gate (SID) is clt R-018. Moped intersection is clt 011 degree right (L-29/30. The ritchie gate appears depicted off the fml VOR. (189 degree right).

EX: MOPED GATE (SID) IS CLT R-018. MOPED INTXN IS CLT 011 DEG R (L-29/30. THE RITCHIE GATE APPEARS DEPICTED OFF THE FML VOR. (189 DEG R).
