Narrative:

At 31000' in crz flow light came on followed by cabin climbing. Began descent and declared emergency. Ran emergency descent checklist. Descended towards 10000'. Manually deployed oxy mask (passenger) right pack indicated no pressure, and ran loss of pack checklist. At 20000' pack came back on, pressurization was restored and we continued descent. Normal approach and landing.
