Narrative:
Ramp reported finding 3 pallets missing from offload. Items 13; 14; and 19 were shown in position 32L; 34L; and 35L were not on board. In training; removing these items results in a nose heavy condition. Updating the [weight index] with the maximum cg envelope results in a legal manifest. With the legal manifest; a significant weight change was calculated. This error could have resulted in a potential safety of flight issue.

Narrative: Ramp reported finding 3 pallets missing from offload. Items 13; 14; and 19 were shown in position 32L; 34L; and 35L were not on board.
