Aircraft X altitude was 8500' MSL, course 274 degrees. San marcos VOR near ohigh intersection, speed 140 KTS. Other aircraft, fighter Y, first sighted after passing overhead at 10 O'clock position. Could hear aircraft Y noise and then felt shock wave. Nose pitched down to the left. No time for evasive action. The military pilot did not see me until the last second. Publish jet rtes so GA know they exist.
