Narrative:

On takeoff from msp, captain over rotated and struck tail skid. Relevant factor: captain had not recently flown the stretched model of aircraft and was not used to lower deck angle. On arrival in oslo we discovered tail skid had made contact. Another factor was that the captain had not flown for approximately 30 days.

Title: ACR HVT TAIL STRIKE AT ROTATION.

Narrative: ON TKOF FROM MSP, CAPT OVER ROTATED AND STRUCK TAIL SKID. RELEVANT FACTOR: CAPT HAD NOT RECENTLY FLOWN THE STRETCHED MODEL OF ACFT AND WAS NOT USED TO LOWER DECK ANGLE. ON ARR IN OSLO WE DISCOVERED TAIL SKID HAD MADE CONTACT. ANOTHER FACTOR WAS THAT THE CAPT HAD NOT FLOWN FOR APPROX 30 DAYS.
