Narrative:

Flight in 6/90, runway 28R at pit. Performed all checklists (before start, after start, before takeoff). When cleared into position, we were cleared for takeoff. Upon advancing both throttles to takeoff position as soon as throttle lever position reached takeoff warning position we received takeoff warning horn. Airspeed was not alive and power setting reached approximately 65%. We immediately closed throttles and notified tower we were rejecting the takeoff. After rolling approximately 1000' with minimum braking, we made the first high speed exiting to the right. We checked trim and flap position, we found all were in proper position (trim setting 4.3, flaps 5 degrees). We then repositioned speed brake lever and asked tower to clear taxiway behind us (parallel taxiway) and we set brakes and mode throttles to takeoff warning area and received no warning. We then advised tower we were ready for takeoff and what back in line for takeoff. Upon receiving takeoff clearance, takeoff roll was commenced with normal indications. I did not feel it necessary to go back to gate for maintenance check, as I felt the speed brake lever switch contact probably had not been made.

Title: ACR MLG FLT CREW ABORTS TKOF WHEN AURAL TKOF WARNING HORN SOUNDS. AFTER CHECKING ALL PARAMETERS IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO DUPLICATE WARNING.

Narrative: FLT IN 6/90, RWY 28R AT PIT. PERFORMED ALL CHKLISTS (BEFORE START, AFTER START, BEFORE TKOF). WHEN CLRED INTO POS, WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF. UPON ADVANCING BOTH THROTTLES TO TKOF POS AS SOON AS THROTTLE LEVER POS REACHED TKOF WARNING POS WE RECEIVED TKOF WARNING HORN. AIRSPD WAS NOT ALIVE AND PWR SETTING REACHED APPROX 65%. WE IMMEDIATELY CLOSED THROTTLES AND NOTIFIED TWR WE WERE REJECTING THE TKOF. AFTER ROLLING APPROX 1000' WITH MINIMUM BRAKING, WE MADE THE FIRST HIGH SPD EXITING TO THE RIGHT. WE CHKED TRIM AND FLAP POS, WE FOUND ALL WERE IN PROPER POS (TRIM SETTING 4.3, FLAPS 5 DEGS). WE THEN REPOSITIONED SPD BRAKE LEVER AND ASKED TWR TO CLR TXWY BEHIND US (PARALLEL TXWY) AND WE SET BRAKES AND MODE THROTTLES TO TKOF WARNING AREA AND RECEIVED NO WARNING. WE THEN ADVISED TWR WE WERE READY FOR TKOF AND WHAT BACK IN LINE FOR TKOF. UPON RECEIVING TKOF CLRNC, TKOF ROLL WAS COMMENCED WITH NORMAL INDICATIONS. I DID NOT FEEL IT NECESSARY TO GO BACK TO GATE FOR MAINT CHK, AS I FELT THE SPD BRAKE LEVER SWITCH CONTACT PROBABLY HAD NOT BEEN MADE.
