Narrative:
On a visual approach to runway 6; approach called to ask the tower to alert us to a low altitude alert. We were in visual conditions approaching the airport off runway centerline. Staying on an IFR approach path would prevent a low altitude condition when in visual conditions.

Title: G-550 First Officer reported receiving a low altitude alert from the Tower while on visual approach.
Narrative: On a visual approach to runway 6; approach called to ask the tower to alert us to a low altitude alert. We were in visual conditions approaching the airport off runway centerline. Staying on an IFR approach path would prevent a low altitude condition when in visual conditions.
