Narrative:

On engine runup for takeoff #2 engine had a compressor stall. Takeoff was on runway 13 wind was 060 degrees at 17 KTS. Air/ground speed was less than 60 KTS. Taxied clear of runway. Engine INS checked normal followed by a normal takeoff. Compression stall due to crosswind condition.

Narrative: ON ENG RUNUP FOR TKOF #2 ENG HAD A COMPRESSOR STALL. TKOF WAS ON RWY 13 WIND WAS 060 DEGS AT 17 KTS. AIR/GND SPD WAS LESS THAN 60 KTS. TAXIED CLR OF RWY. ENG INS CHKED NORMAL FOLLOWED BY A NORMAL TKOF. COMPRESSION STALL DUE TO XWIND CONDITION.
