Narrative:
I was departing hom on runway 21. While waiting off runway I watched an aircraft land in front of me. As the landing aircraft taxied to an off-ramp I did a 360 degree turn, looking for other traffic in the pattern. Seeing none I announced, 'hom traffic, this is small aircraft Y departing 21.' with that I rolled onto the runway and took off. At about 500' I saw aircraft Y, another aircraft to my right and above me. That aircraft turned left above me while I continued straight ahead. It is my opinion aircraft Y was on final to land and I cut aircraft Y off. Nothing was heard from the other aircraft or the FSS.

WITH THAT I ROLLED ONTO THE RWY AND TOOK OFF. AT ABOUT 500' I SAW ACFT Y, ANOTHER ACFT TO MY RIGHT AND ABOVE ME. THAT ACFT TURNED LEFT ABOVE ME WHILE I CONTINUED STRAIGHT AHEAD.
