Narrative:

Military air refueling on AR207; FL260-FL280; with an altrv (altitude reservation) of military air refueling; same altitude. The altrv had to be taken to FL240-FL250 to avoid operational error. Refueling should be done in the warning areas off the coast. The skies have gotten too busy in the R66 and R50 airspace. Block altitudes should never be scheduled in the same airspace at the same time! Someone should know better than this!
