Narrative:
At 16000' during climb out with all ice systems on, the right engine failed. It appeared to flame out. It windmilled and had good oil pressure. I declared an emergency and returned to den. The handling by den center, approach and tower was excellent. The single engine landing was executed west/O problem, just like the simulated is done many times each training period.
