Narrative:
Runway hold signs and runway hold markings are greater than 10 feet distance from each other. The signs and markings have been out of tolerance for years. I don't understand how a high cost taxpayer funded project can be completed with no quality control and airport management continually 'blows off' pilot concerns of compliance/standardization of airport signage/markings.
