Narrative:

I took off from hesperia, ca, into the los angeles basin headed to long beach, ca. Arrived and had to fly at 10500' MSL to stay above solid overcast. I thought I was outside TCA and when I found a break in the clouds I spotted my first landmark, fullerton airport. I thought I was tracking the right heading to descend over disneyland. When I saw fullerton airport I descended to 4000' MSL below TCA airspace.

Narrative: I TOOK OFF FROM HESPERIA, CA, INTO THE LOS ANGELES BASIN HEADED TO LONG BEACH, CA. ARRIVED AND HAD TO FLY AT 10500' MSL TO STAY ABOVE SOLID OVCST.
