Narrative:

During flap retraction from 5 degree to 2 degree, amber leading edge flap light remained on. Visibility inspection confirmed #5 leading edge device on right wing extended. Decision was made to go to mco because of fuel and altitude considerations. With ATC concurrence, fuel was dumped so as to arrive mco at maximum landing weight. Approach and landing at mco were normal. Visibility inspection on post flight found fuel access door open and locked. Company maintenance at mco released aircraft after functional check of leading edge devices. Fuel door appeared closed after fueling, maybe install warning light on fuel door access panel.

Title: AFTER TKOF, ACR LGT FINDS IT CANNOT RETRACT A PORTION OF THE LEADING EDGE DEVICE BECAUSE IT IS BLOCKED BY AN OPEN FUEL ACCESS DOOR.
