Narrative:
Small aircraft was being worked by lib radar controller, had 15 to 18 aircraft, very complex. Ran aft into sam sector at FL230 west/O pointout because he was so busy. Got handoff person shortly thereafter.

Title: ARTCC RADAR CTLR FAILED TO MAKE RADAR HANDOFF TO ANOTHER ARTCC RADAR CTLR BEFORE ACFT PENETRATED THAT CTLR'S SECTOR AIRSPACE.
Narrative: SMA WAS BEING WORKED BY LIB RADAR CTLR, HAD 15 TO 18 ACFT, VERY COMPLEX. RAN AFT INTO SAM SECTOR AT FL230 W/O POINTOUT BECAUSE HE WAS SO BUSY. GOT HDOF PERSON SHORTLY THEREAFTER.
