Narrative:

I was first officer making the takeoff from the right seat. Between V1 and vr, a moderate vibration began. We thought it was the nose wheel. After takeoff we asked for radar vectors and came around for a low pass. I got to within 150-200' of the runway in clear WX for the fly-by. Ground observers confirmed blown right rear tire on right main truck. Burned down to landing weight, captain made landing. No injuries. Turns out that we hit a piece of angleiron on the runway.
