Narrative:
Aircraft deviated for WX, assigned heading of 020 degree but turned to 340 degree heading to avoid WX buildups putting aircraft in confliction with another aircraft also deviating. Seems to be a propensity for pilots to initiate WX avoidance and then inform controllers.

Title: ACR ACFT DEVIATING AROUND WX CAME IN CLOSE PROX TO ANOTHER ACR ACFT WHO WAS ALSO DEVIATING FROM WX CELLS.
Narrative: ACFT DEVIATED FOR WX, ASSIGNED HDG OF 020 DEG BUT TURNED TO 340 DEG HDG TO AVOID WX BUILDUPS PUTTING ACFT IN CONFLICTION WITH ANOTHER ACFT ALSO DEVIATING. SEEMS TO BE A PROPENSITY FOR PLTS TO INITIATE WX AVOIDANCE AND THEN INFORM CTLRS.
